My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Website was easy to navigate, delivery was prompt and well packaged. Luckily I'm visiting family and I had it delivered there as there is no delivery to Alaska.

I like your products but the shipping costs keep me from ordering more and more often.

While there was a piece of electrical tape around the bottle cap, it must have been shipped upside down and leaked. I don't know that electrical tape was the best choice for securing the lid. Aside from that, Fed Ex is horrible for package handling. They throw the packages out of the truck toward the end of a driveway and leave it there. When I realize a business uses Fed Ex, I will no longer do business with them. My rating is based on a leaking container and horrible delivery service. The product itself if a good product at a fair price.

Replacing an older comb, that is the same. The quality has definitely diminished. Wish it was closer to the old one still a very nice comb, however
