So glad I purchased this chair, it was just what I was searching for. The leather is nice, the setup to put together was easy. The only issue I had was installing the headrest, the holes didn’t line up and I had to have my wife help but we got it. The install for the chair base lined up perfectly and the two bases are very heavy and well built. For the ottoman I followed the directions and used the bolts in the directions and packet and not the ones that were attached to the box, not sure why those were included plus they were too small to attach the base to the ottoman. So maybe this was 4 1/2 stars but those issues were minor. The other great part of the purchase was the price, I was looking chairs from Ekorness and Fjord but the price was at minimum double the cost of the Elvin. Looking forward to many comfortable days lounging and listening to my audio system , my music room is now complete. One other thing the recline feature lets me dial in just the right amount and is very smooth. I’m very happy.

Very pleased with Chita Living products, and the entire purchase and delivery experience. You take a big risk ordering furniture online sight unseen. But the Chita Living products I purchased are on par if not exceeding the quality and design of furniture from local outlets.

We love the chair. My daughter had major surgery and had to sleep with her head up 30 to 45 degrees for 4 weeks. The chair was comfortable to sleep on all night! Also the chair was package really well and protected! Good Job!

I love my recliner. It’s very comfortable and looks great. Excellent quality! Easy to assemble!
