I ordered the Delany sofa and ottoman. It arrived within three days. I reached out to customer service with a question and they responded immediately. I am over 70 and had no issues putting it all together. The quality was above my expectations. Do not hesitate to order from Chita. Great company!!! Love my new couch.

I love this chair. This was rated the “most comfortable chair”…. and it really is. It is well made, sturdy yet comfy, I am 5’2” and it ‘fits’ me well. Came in a few days. I ordered another chair from them cuz I like the chair and the service so much.

Fast shipping

The customer service representatives were all great and made sure to fix the issue right away

Love all of the items I have ordered, Great Quality!
