I bought the performance fabric. It's a great neutral--a bit lighter than their online photos display. Chairs arrived quickly. Very well packaged. Everything you need to assemble is in the box. Seat is firm, but comfortable. Had to contact customer service with one issue and it was the best experience I've had by far with an online company. Very responsive, provided follow-up and resolved the problem. Great sale (member) price! Will shop Chita again with furniture needs!
