Ordering and delay worked like a clock. Assembly was easy,. The only suggestion I would make is the foot rest needs to be independent of the back. If you are older like me I would advise you to have someone to be there for delivery & assembly. I’m lucky, I have a good neighbor.

I ordered the Delany sofa and ottoman. It arrived within three days. I reached out to customer service with a question and they responded immediately. I love this chair. This was rated the “most comfortable chair”…. and it really is. It is well made, sturdy yet comfy, I am 5’2” and it ‘fits’ me well. Came in a few days. I ordered another chair from them cuz I like the chair and the service so much.
