Purchasing on-line was easy; they shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. These stools are packaged well, easy to assemble and sturdy. I have mention I contacted customer service via email with a question. They responded quickly with a very friendly email and answer to my question (don’t get this kind of Customer Service these days). This genuine leather saddle Leif recliner is perfect in all respects. We can keep it close to the wall, yet it reclines farther back than any recliner I have sat in. The leather is super comfortable. It fits my 5’ 2” mother in law wonderfully while still being perfect for my 5’ 10” husband. We are completely satisfied and thrilled with our purchase!
