I have used many different curriculum sources for Sunday School over the last 20 years. We began using CMD for our 4th & 5th grade class two years ago and it has gone very well. We just started using CMD with our K-3rd age group and the teachers and children are loving it. We love that there is a theme, that makes it easy to recruit volunteers, there is a very clear time commitment (one unit) and it's easy to find fun ideas to go with easy theme such as decor, snacks, crafts, games, etc. . . . As a director responsible for children's Sunday School, I love how the teachers get excited to choose a unit and then have fun dreaming about ways they can bring it all to life for the kids. This has also provided for more consistency in teachers for the children as I have a team of two lead each unit, so they see the same faces for at least 4 weeks in a row or longer depending on the unit.

The CMD website is easy to use and has a lot to offer. I especially like that I am able to download some free examples of the curriculum to see what the site has to offer and how the curriculum will work with our church kids.

We are a small rural church but blessed to have enough children for a junior church program each Sunday and then we have a kids club that meets once a month during the school year and attracts several children from outside of our church. CMD! has been a huge answer to prayer for me trying to find lessons that are Spirit-led and allows volunteers with different gifts to adapt the lessons to fit their teaching styles. Very, very thankful for the ministry of CMD!
