Installation instructions were detailed and great. Programing is simple and easy. Not to mention a well made product. I feel safe and secure knowing my girls are protected with chicken guard. I absolutely love it!

I LOVE my ChickenGuard !! I work second shift - don't get into bed til around 4 am - then sleep til around noon the next day. My two cats were having to wait until I work up before I'd open the window to let them go outside. - - I built a wooden frame for it - and it sets in my bedroom window - raises up every morning at 7:30 am so the cats can go out once the sun is up - and the coyotes are asleep for the day. At night when I get in from work, I close it manually. ChickenGuards aren't just for chickens anymore. :)

Auto stop feature complicates system when door is not directly below the chicken guard opener.

The experience was good overall. One of my orders was delayed probably because I placed two orders of products that are usually shipped together (door and opener). They initially sent the door. Three weeks went by, and I did not receive my opener. So, I contacted ChickenGuard to find out what happened. They told me that my order had already been delivered. They gave me the tracking number and asked me to call the shipping company. I called the shipping company to find out where my opener was. When they checked the tracking number, I was giving them, it was the same as the product they had delivered 3 weeks back. I called ChickenGuard again to tell them what the shipper had told me. It was then that they realized that I had placed two different orders and that only one was fulfilled. They apologized and sent the second order which I received about 4 days later. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She refunded me some money because my orders cost less when purchased as a combo. They refunded me the difference. I would have given them 5 stars because they did a good job. However, the delayed delivery took away 1/2 a star. My rating is 4.5. However, there are no halves ratings. The product is working as advertised.
