I paid for shipping to ensure timely delivery. The package arrived but was missing the screws. I had to call and then email, email again and finally they shipped out. Took an additional week to get the screws. I asked for refund on shipping and was denied, and then when I asked who to contact I got an email saying it was refunded. Communication was poor and having to ask more than once for a refund was ridiculous. Mistakes happen but at least provide good service.

Your lack of returns process is absurd for a product like this and the cost. Ridiculous!!!

Your customer service did not offer a direct power cord when the issue started to occur. Product is not extreme weather product and I'd like a refund.
