Didn’t get shipment update for 4-6 weeks but my back was charged after 2 days

not happy at all

I was told I would receive a free gift for spending a boat load of money. The free gift never came. I was lied to and told one would be sent and it never came. Terrible!

Return process is way more complicated than it should be

Emailed 2 times never received a reply, never received my package either
