Regarding the customer service I
Regarding the customer service I will say, communication between them and customers is a little bit poor. I was left waiting for answer answer for almost a week, then after the item arrived, was when the person who was helping remmebered me and sent an apology email indicating the item was on the way. So I guess my answer was given, but I know it can do better. Regarding the purchase experience I believe my item was not available on stock and had to wait a little longer, but if I knew that before hand I maybe didn't bother asking where was the item and why it was taking so long. So beside that, no problem, item loom good on the truck, love it. Suggestion work in the communication with customers regarding their respective items.
