Cherrybrook - Magento (L)

Nothing like the picture. I thought this would be a yellow Sherpa type texture like the picture and it ended up being a thin deer skin type mat. I had to pay for shipping to return it which was $14.

I was sent an item totally different from the one in the picture that I ordered. When I complained about this, the representative initially argued with me (even though you can clearly see that what I got is different than the photo online). And then I was told to ship the items back, but the box is huge and I can't manage that right now.

I will gladly change my rating if you can explain or send me one that will actually go inside of itself
