Very poor customer service regarding order delivery. Delivery was a week late with no updates whatsoever.

I placed an order 29 Nov. Delivered on 9 Dec, wrong size. I notified the shop. It was resolved by sending the correct size that is badly torn! I was promised that they will send a courier to pick up the torn pants. Even today 17 Dec, no pick up no communication.

Easy purchase and secure online payment. Understood that I needed the goods by a certain date and the goods arrived fast. Great quality shirts, I am happy with the purchase!
