Nothing compares to original parts. I tried imitation parts, but they never worked

My package was lost/stolen after delivery. I brought this issue up with the support team, they told me to start a ticket with FedEx, which I did. FedEx closed the case stating that the package was delivered correctly but the Resmed team was kind enough to send me a replacement free of cost which I then got delivered to a FedEx pick up location. Kudos to Resmed!
