Wow! We are so happy with our Cape Cod playhouse. We chose the 8x10 and built it on a 10x10 wooden deck that my husband built. We ended up paying a team of two handy men to assemble and paint it (around $1500 plus the cost of paint). It took them two days plus another day to paint. The playhouse was dark inside with the two small windows northern facing so we decided to add electrical also and that made a huge difference. Customer service was great, too. Very happy with our experience and the many years of fun ahead.
