Don’t buy. Warped, misshapen wood, not uniformly measured, poorly labeled, super low quality nails, borderline incoherent instructions. The whole thing feels like a prank, but shame on me for buying off the internet.

Considering I haven’t even gotten my shipment yet and it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone, I’m not impressed with my experience.

Estes is the worst shipping company I have ever delt with. The shed left Little Cottage company 6/5 today is 6/15 still no delivery date? The shipping company has the shed going all over the south east united states. This is 1500 mile from my home in The UP MICHIGAN if it was loaded and un loaded repeated many times according to the worthless tracking system yesterday I received a call from the driver to tell me he had a delivery I told him I would wait by my driveway to guide him to my home ask him were he was and replied Mobile Alabama that is 1500 miles from my home in Michigan ??? The prior tracking said they they could not find my address ? What kind of idiots am I dealing with ? The driver stated he had a 40 ft semi the last I checked i have no loading dock. How can Estes deliver at a residential location with a 40 ft trailer with no lift gate? I feel it's have been held hostage by Estes Freight lines. The little cottage company has been very good with customer service. But the must have been told bad information by Estes trucking. I am more than upset by this delivery company (ESTES ). How can a freight company screw up a simple delivery to Michigan by sending my delivery to Alabama and several other states in the south?? If I were to make a good product and use an Incompetent company like Estes ?? Day 10 waiting on my delivery . And still not know when the shed will be delivered. Terry
