The shipping time was longer than was advertised. The assembly time frame took longer than was advertised. The shipping company was ill prepared to deal with a customer like me who has a stone driveway. However, communication with Little Cottage Company was good and the information that was relayed to us was accurate and helpful.

Building is complete. Some boards angles not cut correctly so trimming was needed: 2 collar tie boards even when measurements were correct didn't fit 2 end peaks outside board triangles needed over1/4" trim when lined up with the wall siding or they were too high. There was a 1/2 gap in the roofing on both ends between the rake board and roof boards, walls measured correctly over the 16' length. In the manual on the rafter page a diagram shows a detail with 7/16x5-1/2 top plate but there is no the top plate, it's a 2x4 so only 3-1/2" plus siding for the rafter to rest on not 5-1/2". I have requested a 2026 version of the assembly manual for my 10x16 shed for my records because I can only find a 2024 version online and there were changes in the 2026 manual. Email responses are slow if any but they can pop out a follow up email even when they don’t replay. Overall, the building is good. I’m a perfectionist and document details count. Using a general multi size shed assembly manual and then having to keep referring to additional pages with actual sizes and layout can be frustrating.

Shipping was pretty good. The delivery driver was very kind. They delivered it, we opened it and unfortunately the pallet broke in the middle and shifted the door so the Hing rubbed on the white tin corner pieces. Other than that, all pieces were there as described. Instructions were pretty good.

This is a nice kit for building your own shed. You should have some general carpentry skills, however, as well as some roofing knowledge. Makes a great father and son project.

Quality shed, great customer service. Instructions were good but not great. But overall anyone could build this.
