I ordered on a Sunday between black Friday and black Monday when the shipping folks are at their busiest. As soon as I received my tracking number my order was tracked and arrived a day before it was noted to be delivered; my order only took 3 days and the product was frozen solid. Charcutnuvo do a solid job with packaging and insuring the product is kept at the correct temperature during shipping.
