I used Chantecaille some time ago when my acne was at a difficult stage. This time, in addition to the now much milder acne, I have dermatitis. Having contacted Chanterelle for their recommendations, I was offered a one to one consultation which, I jumped at. I am now using the rose balm which, I use every day as I find this calms any redness caused by the dermatitis. I also use the rice cleanser to keep my skin gently exfoliated. In addition, I am trying the phytoactive solution. This product is great for reducing open pores (mine are extremely old and open and it still works) I will continue to use this. The other products I use are the vital essence and rose moisturiser. These products are not only great for my acne they also help with anti ageing generally. Finally, I use a combination of the clay and Jasmine healing masks weekly or twice weekly depending on the weather. I have never been able to use any product on my skin but have always had to research the ingredients for their benefits. Having had the opportunity to speak to Chantecaille direct, I was able to try samples of products before committing to purchase. I find this really useful. Once I purchased the products, I found they last a long time which is also beneficial. I do appreciate the price range is at the higher end but if you struggle as I do, with ingredients, you’ll just use them sparingly. What I do find is peace of mind. I don’t stress over trying other products and/or taking them back for a refund. I can’t thank Chantecaille enough for taking the time to chat as I’ve benefitted greatly.
