Terrible customer service and still do not have product. A shipping error was made on Chans part and instead of apologizing they blamed me. Even though their records and my previous email reflected how the delivery was to be made. Instead of apologizing, they said I refused the product - this was totally untrue. I sent a message requesting a second delivery date with a box truck they had originally promised and instead of responding to the requested date, they ghosted me. Never received the vanity bought for my mum and lost a day’s work.

The item was not the problem as it was exactly what we wanted, but misleading when it says free shipping and then charged $60 and calling customer service and explaining that and getting nowhere. Won’t order from this company again. Emmett

You are a horrible business, I have not received the merchandise, even though I ordered in the beginning of the month. I sent repeated emails without any response. I will never do business with you again nor will I recommend you.
