Shipping information needs improvement. It was challenging as far as tracking the shipment. Receiving delivery agent on our end was great. Lead time could be shorter. End result was a great looking vanity that was packaged well.

Customer service upon ordering was very attentive. After the reaching out about wrong color top, it was sorry too bad.
