Linens came when expected my only issue is I ordered burgundy spandex chair sashes and they are nothing like the picture, they came more like fushia. Wasted my money on those since I won’t be using them now but other then that shipment was good.

Your service to your customers are terrible. If you cared so much about my opinions then why have I reached out to you via email, since that is the only way to communicate with you 4 times about my order and I still have not heard from you. I even sent a Facebook message to you and no response as well. As I told you in my message, I will no longer do business with you and no one else that patronage with ever do business with you again. I guess you take your business as a joke but I don't. I feel like your company is a rip off. This was not the first time I had a problem with a purchase from you all, however I gave you the benefit of the doubt. But this time is my last. And please stop charging people for express shipping and guarantee delivery by date and you don't receive your order until 1 week later.

I ordered my items and paid extra to ship 2 day and was suppose to get my items on a Thursday and didn’t get my items until that next Tuesday. I had to rend all of my items for a wedding I had to do on that Saturday. They have lost my business as I asked for return labels and they never gave me that and only offered me shipping back. Poor business

The chair covers were beautiful! However, I only received half of my order. I paid for 40 chair covers and only received 20!
