A bit slow on the tracking/shipping info. Called after a week and also sent an email. I was told they would check and get back to me. Package arrived finally and then I received an email saying it was delivered and that email also contained my tracking number?? At that point I could have given them the number! LOL

The web site was easy to work on and find the parts I needed and they got them to me in a timely matter too thanks Roger

Overall the service through CCIS is great. There are times I wish I would be notified if something was on back order, or was not available to ship in full.
