Don’t work trying to return not heard anything back

I was sent a bottle of drops instead of the requested spray. When I made enquiries about it I was sent another bottle of drops. When I enquired further I was at last informed the spray I required was out of stock. They had a different flavour they could supply but I'd have to go to a Post Office to send back a bottle they'd incorrectly sent. With my aches and pains I couldn't be bothered and have given up with them. Not a good experience for me.

Fast delivery terrible customer service. Ignore people that need assistance or returns.

Faulty product. Lack of customer service. No refund. Awful.

Thought the vape was awful and couldn’t draw on it without coughing. I sent an email to customer services for a refund or an alternative proof it and no one came back to me so I have left you a review as requested.
