Everything worked out fine once I got a response from your customer service that the “standard” filter (not HEPA) was no longer available so I had to purchase the much more expensive HEPA filter. It looks very nice so I hope I realize the benefit of paying for the HEPA version over the old standard filter.

My Carrier filters filters were delivered promptly from Carrier at home. I'm very pleased
