Still waiting for delivery

I love the products and have given and received these several times. There seems to be an issue getting my Classic box delivered to my house. I was supposed to have received it in July!!

Not my first choice.

Very small portions, heat damaged during shipping. The flavor of the meats were consistent with aging in a bad smelling fridge.

Good product, bad service

The product is great - I have purchased 3 subscriptions as gifts. However, on 2 of the subscriptions, I have had issues with the order. The first subscription only ordered 11 months out of the year and I was told that is too bad for me and I will have to go back onto the form to order the missing month separately. The second subscription put the giftee's address for my billing address - same deal from CC : too bad for me I should have fixed it online.

Some good, some just OK

While I really like (and enjoy) the concept of getting different examples of "good meats", two things bother me about some of the choices: 1. Sometimes the offerings are processed, even if they don't say so. But if the ingredients mention "naturally occurring sea salt", or other marketing white wash terms, one is getting as much processed materials as any other. 2. While I'm sure some salami aficionados would object, I'm really tired of having to figure out if a particular piece has a rind that has to be removed. Especially when its sometimes piece by piece. I would actually rather have an order category that specifies no "rind" on the meats.
