Some good, some just OK
While I really like (and enjoy) the concept of getting different examples of "good meats", two things bother me about some of the choices:
1. Sometimes the offerings are processed, even if they don't say so. But if the ingredients mention "naturally occurring sea salt", or other marketing white wash terms, one is getting as much processed materials as any other.
2. While I'm sure some salami aficionados would object, I'm really tired of having to figure out if a particular piece has a rind that has to be removed. Especially when its sometimes piece by piece. I would actually rather have an order category that specifies no "rind" on the meats.
