Slow response time. Took me a week to hear back each time I contacted Carnivore Club. That being said, they were very helpful once I was able to get in contact with them.

The meat is extremely delicious! If you enjoy Meat this is something anyone can enjoy. Customer service is quick and every efficient as well if you have any issues. My only advice will be to keep everyone more updated with more emails on what to expect each month. I started of receiving a lot of emails but I haven’t receive any lately. Thank you for everything!

Concept is great. Purchased it on Groupon. Order was not fulfilled as purchased. Was offered a credit of $15 for the mising knife. Not sure if I would reorder again at $45 + Shipping.
