We have not yet consumed all of the products in the mix, but all so far have been of excellent quality & delicious. We are not huge consumers of cured meats although we are lovers of cured meats & when I saw the FB ad for your company and that you are located out of Montreal, I just knew you were very likely to produce excellent cured meat products. We have not been disappointed at all. We will definitely place another order

Received gift box and was concerned with a package of bacon that was labeled “keep refrigerated.” I sent an email with my concern as the bacon arrived at room temperature. I received a reply within 12 hours (on the weekend) with a detailed explanation that was in fact okay to consume. Plus they sent a $10 rebate to the account of my son who sent the gift.
