Hard to rate something that was never receivved

I was very happy with the timely manner in which the box arrived! Upon receiving the box I discovered one of the products had mildewed and after contacting the company was sent a replacement promptly and with many apologies. I was quite impressed with the customer service and will be purchasing more products in the future!!
