Good experience except I couldn’t find a link to a size chart on the product pages at first. Finally found it under customer care. Would be helpful near where you select a size

Order was great. 2 suggestions: 1. Print the color names during the choice selection - hard to see the colors sometimes 2. I was bummed that many things were not available All good. I chose something different!

The website looks classy and easy to navigate and filter to display on items of focus. I appreciated how the images were clear; it was helpful in selection to be able to zoom in high resolution, without losing quality of image. The angles at which product was displayed were also good. TBD, once the items arrived. As for order, it would be even better if Shipping and Handling was waived for the order, and in the future at a lower price point. As for discount for signing up email and filing out this survey, it would be tremendously improved if it was 20% or 15% respectively off the order or an item on the order versus an original priced item. As for the website, since first time ordering from brand, I would felt more comfortable if there was a live chat option for questions.
