Good shipping.

Late arrival and only one cold pack in 6 lbs of claws. They were cool but not cold when received. Manage to eat them, but after two days a LB was bad. Ammonia smell when opened. I caught them in Florida when I lived there. And I know that the shelves can smell and you rinse them and the meat is still good which we did when they first arrived but after a few days About a pound went bad. We know things happen when weather holds up orders. But I think they were stored somewhere where they got too warm. We look forward to our next order

The Caviar was Brown soft and Didn't add anything to the crab claws. If this is how caviar is supposed to taste then I am lucky I don't have an educated palat.
