Was informed my order status was changed to Cancelled, without any reason given as to why. E-mailed them back and asked why, and they said they do not supply what I ordered - then why was it available for ordering on their website? Prompt response on the e-mail at least, with an offer to supply something different. I did not take them up on the offer, and now, after reviewing my credit card statement, realized I was charged for the order anyway?!!

Your links never work! No answer from my email telling you guys that my cat will not eat them, and they don't taste like chicken to me!

My order was not shipped out in a reasonable time (6 days from order) so I canceled it.

I never got a follow up call from customer service when I had a problem. I was also not happy about the capsules coming already put together, that was a huge annoyance and it took more time to pull them apart than it did to pack them. The quality is ok and they are easy to take. I do like the two colors, it helps while packing them.

Half of my order was not delivered and there was a note that it would arrive later. It took emailing, live chat, and multiple phone calls to get a refund after the capsules were never shipped. Will not use again.
