Never received my candle. Still waiting on a response from customer service.

Terrible customer service Broken pump I sent 2 emails no response Never using this product again

The customer service regarding the kids has been abhorrent as this was my initial review for one one of the candles I bought although it applied to all of them: The lids on the candle just spin and spin; my odd joys ones weren’t like this. If I’m spending over $100 for a candle, it should be able yo close properly.

I ordered the candle on 11/28 and didn’t receive it until 12/22. On top of the late delivery the candle arrived broken.
