My first order was lost in the mail and by the time I was given a replacement, one of the items I had originally ordered was no longer available. I did get a refund for the missing item, and I know lost packages aren’t the fault of Capri, but it is part of the overall experience.

Sce3nt is great as usual and received it quickly

Great except I needed a refill for my reed diffuser. Also, I don’t like that the metal cap is not secure. It would be great if it was screw on or more secure. Definitely have to remember to pick up entire bottle not by the top
