In 2011 I purchased my first Capresso burr grinder, the 565. After countless espressos over the years the timer dial knob broke. I contacted Capresso and they promptly sent me out a replacement for a very reasonable price. I had decided to upgrade however and while waiting for the new knob went ahead and ordered the Stainless 575 model. I found that this model is quieter and my espressos are maybe even on another level. I hope this one lasts me another 13 years. I re-gifted my 565 and it is now being used by my son in Seattle. Good product, quality, and service. I am very happy with my grinder and recommend Capresso.

Prompt delivery! I had to use a back-up coffee maker of a different brand for a few days after my old Capresso “died” and it made me think about giving up coffee. (Perish the thought!) Your coffee makers are the best at reasonable prices.
