Canada Wheels did great. The ordering process went smoothly; customer service went well. They responded to my emails quickly. My only issue was with the delivery. The delivery company offered a pre-sign for the tires on their website; however, the driver didn't leave them. I had to sign the door tag and waited an extra day. Not a big deal, but if you're going to offer the service, the drivers should honour it. I spoke directly to the driver and I couldn't understand what he was saying; he didn't seem to know what I was talking about either.

We had a very good experience ordering from Canada Wheels. The transaction was fast and simple, and delivery happened promptly with no issues. We would definitely consider using Canada Wheels again for future tire or rim purchases.

Online service was good. The update on tracking was adequate but could have been better. Overall very good service.
