Camera broke within a day

Basically failed after two months. Charge and battery problems.

Ok, so hear me out. I got this super excited to take nice pics of daily life and events. Within the 1st hour of having it, it broke. Câmera would not turn on (fully charged), it would not open on pc (tried 3 computers and several ports), and reset button did nothing. Overall quality was very low. Definitely a lot more plastic in this planet without the need of it. I think the idea is cute, but price is not up to par with quality nor delivery. I’m sorry.

Camera won’t turn on after several days of charging & troubleshooting…Tried to email costumer service, contact on website bounced back. Just want to return for a replacement! Issue still not resolved
