Camera would not show up on my computer when plugged in.

I believe I might have received a malfunctioning camera or battery. After fully charging, the camera does not last more than 20 minutes. So much so it is not even worth using as this has happened multiple times. I would like to receive a new working camera if possible, please advice

My camera was defective upon arrival and customer service was terrible. I returned for a refund and won’t be purchasing again. Really disappointed. Buyer beware.

Says it’s delivered. It’s not. Cs claims the camera fits inside a letter envelope and will fit through the slip hole of a letter box. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The camera hasn't arrived yet I bought it on April 7th. When will it arrive?
