I appreciate how quickly they responded to me, my cord was not working when I tried to upload photos from the camera to the computer. I ended up buying and trying a different usb-c cord, per customer service recommendation, which worked. However, I'm disappointed the camera comes with a cord that does not work and requires an additional purchase.

The updates of the transport are really scarce. Have been waiting a while for a parcel to europe. Besides the first t&t link no comms have been sent.

Neat, but pretty poorly made. The fake leather vinyl stuff is just this really cheap sticker-like thing. Could easily see it peeling off before too long.

I really wanted so bad to love this little simple camera. I got it for my 3k ids for vacation - but only about 1 out of every 10 photos is somewhat exposed properly and somewhat focused. It does terrible in the bright days sun which really does limit when we can use it. It is what it is - but I sadly don't recommend it.
