I struggle with hip pain and since I started wearing these at work I haven’t had an issue with pain or my hip tweaking after 12 hour shift. My feet don’t hurt and my toe pain is far less than normal. The foot bed is wide allow my feet not to feel squeezed. Not sure if it is the heel that has helped but not feeling so flat on the ground has been a game changer. Surprisingly happy!
