I’ve been trying to contact someone from support but no one answers me... I bought a blade and the first day of use it broke and I have been trying to find out if you can do something and no one answers me.

Still have not received 4 bags of wedges that go with the clips I ordered. Clips continue to be useless.

Ordered the musk droll bits for porcelain tile. Used water from saw to cool during drill. Smoked the bit on the third hole. Was hoping to get much longer life put of these vs the chinesse cheap ones on Amazon.
