The tools I received seemed good quality,yet pricey. Disappointed at times..because the left handed,trowels I need are sold out and doesn't seem to be coming back soon.

Still waiting for some out of stock items, the polishing pad backing, other than that great

I purchased several tile cutting tools as well as polishing pads . I had an issue with the polishing pad backer plate fitting my grinder which is standard size. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent another which is great but that one too did not work. The threads are off on the backer plates. All of the other tools I purchased are great I would recommend!
