DHL confirmed to me that Caia never sent me any package, even though I paid and even though I waited almost a month, then I made a complaint to PayPal and I managed to get a refund for my order which I never received.

Terrible

after almost three weeks of waiting for my package.. I discovered, by my requesting to DHL.. that Caia .. sent me a tracking number of DHL .. without ever sending me any package. conclusions ..At Caia doesn't matter anything that I'm left without any products… :(
