The customer service is great! When I had an issue with one of my bras, they were quick and understanding about the problem. I was so amazed by the service and how they handled the problem. I appreciated their support and understanding.

Products are amazing! Most comfortable bras I've ever owned and I so appreciate that they are ethically made with durable, quality materials. Ordering online is difficult when my body is changing so fast and I don't know my own needs (first time pregnant). But customer service was wonderful and it was very easy to exchange for the proper sizes. Shipping takes about 3 weeks to Ontario Canada, so keep that in mind if you are looking for something fast or think you might need to try a few sizes. It took a couple months for me to get the right sizes but I am extremely happy with my purchases and will be coming back for more. Once covid lockdown ends, i can purchase from my local store that sells Cadenshae products, which will make things even easier.
