I love this product!! It makes such a big difference in my hair! The website is easy and delivery is fast! I've never had any problems, so haven't needed to contact, so I can't say anything about their service, but the packages usually come safely packed!

Shipping is always fast with Lus! I love that Lus offers the 1L bottles for shampoo, conditioner and styling cream. I would like them to add a size in between the small and 1L. I feel that the “regular” size is small that is why I go for the 1L
