Product came early but hardly works and can’t keep a charge... will never shop with again

The Launch I received had a broken female connector for USB charging. I found that if I bend the USB cord - I can correctly charge the Launch. But it was new and I expected no factory defects. Unfortunately, as with any erotic toy, it would be unreturnable. Very disappointed!
