Defective product, and I'm still awaiting resolution.

You guys need to make pants that have different waist and inseam sizes. Also, try cross-shipping. I buy tons of pants from Duer because they actually do exchanges and will cross ship. I won’t buy another pair of pants from 686 because their chance system is too hard to participate in.
