I have ordered my launcher 4 weeks ago, it took it 2 weeks to be shipped to the wrong address.. I was disappointed, started to search the neighborhood who got my piece, until Michelle from CS told me no hustle we will get you a new one, I was like what?! You serious?, 10 days later I got my launcher, this time UPS knocked on my door, no mistakes. The fire experience on the LE is AMAZING! There is no kick like regular glock 17, so it’s easy to get used to. As per the 5 round magazine, beware that the rounds can release surprisingly if you place the magazine firmly on the desk, or even when you take the first round out, all the other will be dispersed everywhere on the floor, quite annoying but CS said we need to handle it with ease as it should be like that, for loading another round I guess. I also got the belt holster which sits well on my cowboy belt but I find it a big bulky. I wish they had a car holder. All in all I am a happy customer as they attended my lost item, got me a new one, the LE is functional and I am now ready for any thief coming my house this time to look, no more hiding in the attic with the kids. From initial order to shipping well done - launchers are a lot more different then real hand guns and I had to get use to there limitations. But they will have a function in my collection.
