This is the second bottle I've ordered; the first was perfect, the best cleanser I've ever used. However, once I opened the second bottle, it smelled off, like it had gone bad, and I couldn’t use it. Customer service confirmed the product was “safe,” but I refuse to use skincare that smells bad. I received a replacement, but it was from the same batch and smelled the same way. On top of that, I was expected to pay for shipping to return the product. I’m not sure how it’s being stored, but I am very disappointed with your lack of support and won’t be purchasing from Byoma again.
