Order shipped in a decent amount of time. I messed up on my order and notified them right away but they said they couldn't help me. So I tried the product but it's too oily. No returns once you try it so beware. Buy from Ulta and at least you can return it if you absolutely can't use it.

The moisturizing rich cream is nice but mine is more on the empty side although i got it last week.
